PAYMENT 
Online payment can be made by credit or debit card through our Paypal payment system which is a secure payment process. We do not retain any card numbers or have access to your payment details. 
 
POSTAGE & DELIVERY 
Our Postal Services are through Royal Mail. We incurr the cost of delivery, therefore ALL DELIVERIES ARE FREE OF CHARGE. 
 
If you specifically want Royal Mail NEXT DAY delivery, please order and pay for your item through the website as usual, then send an email direct to info@hayleyshandicraftsandgifts.co.uk or leave a message on the mobile number of 07971073237 and we will contact you back to arrange. There will be an additional charge of £15.00 for this service. 
 
We aim to despatch all items within 2-4 working days, however this is often much quicker. At certain times of year (Christmas) this may be longer. You will receive an email once your items have been despatched. 
 
Please note that once items are in the hands of a 3rd party we cannot be responsible for any delays. 
 
 
 
BESPOKE ITEMS 
Bespoke items are subject to a lead time as they are personalised with your individual requirements, therefore once ordered these are none returnable as they cannot be resold. The lead time for such items is included within the description of each inidividual item. Payment of the item is to be made at the time of ordering through the website, therefore please be certain of your requirements.  
 
DELIVERY 
If your delivery address is within the post code of Northamptonshire NN4 your item may be hand delivered. If you are not at home, a card will be posted through your door and an email sent requesting a convenient time to deliver. 
 
RETURNS 
If, when you receive your goods they are not what you expected, please return them to us within 7 working days. They must be in pristine condition, unused and in their original packaging. We will happily exchange them or refund your payment. If you need to return an item please email us at info@hayleyshandicraftsandgifts.co.uk 
 
Please note that we cannot refund any postage costs incurred by returning the item and we would suggest using a registered postal service as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us. 
 
All items will be checked for damage before sending and will be suitably packaged. In the unlikely event that you receive anything which is damaged please email us including a photo so that we can help you to resolve the problem.
