RETURNS 
In the unlikely event, when you receive your goods they are not what you expected, please return them to us within 7 working days. They must be in pristine condition, unused and in their original packaging. We will happily exchange them or refund your payment. If you need to return an item please email us at info@hayleyshandicraftsandgifts.co.uk. 
 
Please note that we cannot refund any postage costs incurred by returning the item and we would suggest using a registered postal service as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us. 
 
All items will be checked for damage before sending and will be suitably packaged. In the unlikely event that you receive anything which is damaged please email us including a photo so that we can help you to resolve the problem. 
 
There are two exceptions to this rule: 
1 Ear Rings - due to Health Reasons these can not be returned. 
2 Bespoke Ordered Items - these cannot be resold and are individual to you personally, therefore once you have ordered and paid for the item it cannot be returned unless faulty.
